An air from Italy emanates from this cocktail with the fresh blend of Prosecco and the sweetness of Unaju Apricot Thyme.


• Prosecco .... 50 ml
• Unaju Apricot Thym .... 250 ml
• Coconut milk .... 1 cl
• 1 apricot slide • 2-3 thyme leaves


• Fill a glass with ice cubes

• Pour the ingredients into the glass

• Stir with a bar spoon to create frost

• Garnish the glass with a slice of apricot and thyme leave
